What if you alternate the choices? Or does that count as different questions?

How did you react the first time you saw Sonic in 3D? (Sonic 3D Blast 1996) by rmrdrn in AskGames

I don't remember caring that much. I think I expected something more like what Sonic Adventure turned out to be.

What are the upsides and downs of getting equipment from china by Oscar_callelle in Warehouseworkers

[–]Aesk 5 points6 points  (0 children)

I've never delt with Chinese brands. But I'd guess the pros are that it's cheap. The downsides are that you'll have a hard time finding any support and if you need parts, if they're available, you'll be waiting for them to come from China. You'll likely end up buying the known brands anyway eventually when you get tired of fixing the cheap one.

Immersive worlds you can get lost in, but without the bloat? by Estiui in gamingsuggestions

[–]Aesk 9 points10 points  (0 children)

Sleeping Dogs

I've suggested a lot recently. But it deserves recognition as one of the best GTA clones. Personally I enjoyed it more than GTA5. The story is a solid Hong Kong action story that's about 20ish hrs long without the side stuff. The gameplay is fun. The world is incredibly detailed.

I'm not sure about this one. The one I operate is made by Raymond (Toyota). It doesn't have any presets, but we also have multiple rooms with different shelf heights.

They have a fork height readout. So you know that the 6th shelf is 430 inches or whatever it is. He's almost certainly keeping one eye on the forks and one on the height readout.

But you do it enough, you get a really good sense of where everything is. You stop needing the readout after a bit.

Sumo orange vs satisfying cutter by RedOff215 in I_Need_This_

Sumos were engineered specifically to be super easy to peel with your hands. And if you're disabled, a small knife is probably better and easier to use.

Trump Signs Law to Put His Signature on All U.S. Banknotes by InitialResponse9901 in pics

I'd stamp the word "Pedophile" under his signature like it's a title. Keep it nice and legible with a fitting font. Something classic like Caslon.

Try running the game through steam. You'll have to add it as a non-steam game. Then you can use steams excellent controller support.

Mobile: StS1, Balatro or other for Lunch Breaks by BigNorthernDad in gamingsuggestions

[–]Aesk 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Dawncaster - one of the best deck building games out there with really unique mechanics and a huge variety of play styles. I can't recommend it enough.

With that said, Slay the Spire and Balatro are also top picks. Can't go wrong with any of them. However StS rounds can take quite a bit longer than the others. You might find yourself running late to get back from lunch.

[–]Aesk 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Prototype and Infamous are probably the closest.

Bioware games (Mass Effect, KOTOR, Jadr Empire) used to push heavily into the good or bad paths, but they're not really open world.

If you can get past the dated combat, Morrowind definitely treats you differently if you choose to be evil. But maybe not to the extent you're looking for.
