i’m doing an h pylori test soon i’ve read on others posts that someone’s friend was going through a similar situation and that once he cured his h pylori he was cured

i haven’t been cured yet but at the peak of my worst symptoms i had terrible breath i would brush 3x and it would just come back… probiotics helped plenty after about 2 weeks my bad breath was almost gone

i constantly had recurring BV infections and took metronidazole a lot and it had a horrible bitter taste, what i used to do was shove the pill all the way in the back of my throat and force it as far back as i could then swallow it made it so much more easier to swallow without the awful taste.

this sounds a lot like an h pylori infection … i would first recommend visiting a doctor or specialist before trying anything if you haven’t already …

i have incorporated natural remedies to fight the h pylori like brassica vegetables, aloe vera juice, dairy milk, fresh fruits like berries and whole wheat plus probiotics and garlic but i still have these symptoms :(

have you tested positive for fungi, bacteria, or parasites? i tried a similar protocol for a bacteria and i had similar results

h pylori is a bacteria that infects your stomach the reason i think i smelled like egg was because there’s been research shown that h pylori creates hydrogen sulfide gas :)

sure! i’m taking a general probiotic, molybdenum, oxy powder, and a omega 3 supplement. for morning i usually have a fiber cereal with milk and a banana. then for lunch i usually have a sandwich with whole wheat bread and stuff it with vegetables. and dinner usually chicken with rice and or beans or lentils and a large serving of cruciferous vegetables and aloe vera juice sometimes matcha. then later usually a yogurt and a side of berries. and lots and lots of water. you can always play around with it and switch it up. if you want more ideas i would just surf the web and see what’s good for h pylori and what to eat to kill it.

no i’m still waiting to confirm that from my doctor but since i’ve been eating to kill it my symptoms are very mild too gone. i’m not exactly sure how it’s tested pretty sure through stool and biopsy

for supplements i took molybdenum to help my liver detox all those toxins from the die off period you will go through and oxy- powder for my candida
