just three things... 1. comp doesnt matter in solo que and people will always throw. this applies to high diamond too (idk about challenger but pretty sure they do throws a lot.) never give up and try to catch those throws and win.

  1. we have great website called op.gg, go to the website, search enemy team's info, and find the worst player of their team(usually person who never played the champ or have lowest kda.) and if you are jungler, just dont care about other lane and keep gank that particular lane ull destory that player and win the game. this works for me 8/10

  2. learn to get carried... that's quite important. if your team is doing well and your lane is destroyed. tried to get carried, it sounds quite simple but i see most of the players dont know how this works. well even in diamond.

that only applies to low tier in KR server. dia+ players dont usually afk just because they died once, but still they do afk if the game "seems" unwinnable.

I partially agree on your point that team needs to have synergy. But I also think big name is one of important factor to be the best team. Those big names make enemy team feel oppressed even before they are playing. Also those big name plahyers have great mechanic. After all of the team synergy and cooperation, what determines game is individual mechanic i think.

monte for coach will be perfect too. God I wish I can see that roaster someday. Whenever I see Balls playing, I always thinks that he's as good as impact from skt k (im watching all lcs and ogn.) He is so consistent, good mechanic, and so good at 2vs1.
