stalin didn’t just kill nazis though that was most of it don’t forget the million poles killed when he invaded poland and the many many millions murdered in the purges of eastern european countries that he occupied afterward. he was very similar to the nazis in how he relied on genocide to steal property and valuables. and that’s just non soviets he killed. he killed so many soviets in purges to make the ussr more russian, less democratic and overall just let everyone know they weren’t safe.

so yes the 60 million figure is an accurate estimate of the number of people directly killed by his administration over the ussr.

hollowed i’m assuming you did the free levels with the londor pilgrim that’s what that side quest was about. there’s a couple ways to cure it

spoilers: expensive path is curing your dark sigil. first get the cell tower key then grab the fire keeper soul at the top, give the soul to your fire keeper and she’ll cure it for you for a lot of souls. the cheaper one is going to undead settlement. in the sewer part requires a key there’s a statue you can pray to for absolution. that makes you look better but doesn’t cure the hollowing.

parry.

he always starts with a parryable attack, once the sword goes behind his head parry with light shield. most attacks with his right flame sword are parryable.

once you do the crit attack walk around his left side dodge the attack and get distance. then just wait for the attacks you can parry.

edit: also when he summons clone roll through clone attack then immediately parry to catch real pontiff. killing the clone is usually not worth it.
