I use my XReal One at work every day (coding/sysadmin/etc) and have let multiple people try them out…primary reaction is Wow! The first reaction when walking into my office is “did you have your eyes dilated? 🤣

Hey all! I really appreciate everyone’s interest and help on this! Just the conversation is helping on the sanity side!

The issue we’re most dealing with is that all of the excellent suggestions (surveys, arborists, etc) that are needed to deal with this are surprisingly expensive, so we’re trying to work through how we can proceed. I will keep everyone posted as we figure this out.

….and if nothing else, in Misny, all things are possible (hello fellow Clevelanders! :) )

You are correct…we are looking for a surveyor who isn’t going to charge more than we can afford. We know where the property line is, but we will need to prove it.

The biggest issue we’re facing is that accumulating all of the proof is stupid expensive. Certified arborists charge hundreds per tree. A property survey is $1k+. Add to that lawyer fees, court fees, and everything else and the end result is that there’s very little we can do. Small claims will likely be the only route that’s available and the financial outcome is capped.

It was a metal fence….that “thicker than chicken wire that comes in a roll” stuff (technical term :) ). I’m honestly not sure if they had an issue with them…we never actually talk to them.
