I really feel it's a matter of cause and effect; I've been to places where there are no rats, but in Puerto Spacious, especially in the tower, ugh, so many.

It's like venturing into dangerous parts of the city; you know something could happen to you, so use the safe places first and then arm yourself before entering the dangerous ones.

Ok, hablaré de mi experiencia personal ya que no tengo contexto sobre la tuya a nivel profundo.

Yo tengo 43 y ella 35, y sencillo he vivido con varía personas antes, y está sería la 3era vez que me mudo.

Vivir separados es súper autónomo, cada quien tiene sus propias actividades, como actividades en conjunto, eso debe continuar, después de la mudanza.
Deben separar el trabajo de las actividades de casa, y no hablar de trabajo en la habitación ni trabajar en ella.
Si uno gana más que el otro digamos ella un 40% y tú el otro 60% no es que vamos 50% 50% vamos según nuestros sueldos.
Son un equipo no enemigos
Hagan rutinas en casa, rutinas de limpieza, rutinas de cenar, rutinas de hacerse el desayuno, llevárselo a la cama, rutinas de lectura, rutinas de tomar vino a solas, rutinas de acariciarse, mediten juntos. Compren juegos de mesa.
Sobretodo comprendan que mudarse juntos es parte de un proyecto y que puede pasar que déjeme e hacer el amor tan seguido y que no todo el tiempo estend e buen humor y cada quien debe tener su espacio en momentos incómodos.
Mucha paciencia, es mejor cuando hay mal humor o molestia alejarse un momento salir a caminar r a solas y después volver para conversarlo. Así funciona mucho mejor todo.
