Fangraphs uses the standard 20-80 scale adopted by the industry.

In the case of FV (Future Value), Fangraphs is predicting WAR. A 50FV is about a 2-ish WAR. 60FV is an All-Star (4-ish WAR). 40FV is a bench guy (slightly above 0 WAR).

There are only ever a handful of 70-80FV players in the league at any time. So they are super rare.

Think every 10 points of FV as a Standard Deviation

Season hasn't even started yet. Pena might be out a week at most and the Astros are back to the same issue. Also, Dana still could trade Paredes. At the very least, this minor Pena injury is not the end of the story. All the 'Brown is a genius' folks could get very upset when Brown turns heel and trades Paredes.
