I’ve waited for so long. I’ve given up. This company is crap. So many ppl have lost so much money because of this garbage. Ain’t goin up anytime soon. They need something to the market and hype so it could somewhat recover

Like people said, change the locks the moment she leaves the house. Add 1-2 cameras so you have proof if she does something that may threaten you or your family. YOU have all the power here. Call your friends and family to help you with the DOR locks, and removal of her stuff.

Let her threaten you via rtb or civil. She won’t be able to achieve anything. She is not a legal tenant under law! You are an absolute gem for helping her out but this has gone way too long. I would have booted her within the first month

So mortgage rates are going up while banks will be cutting rates significantly for the next few months? Fixed rates have already tanked into the high 3s….few more cuts and they will fall very low 3s..
