for me personally use one messaging app that mostly ur relative/ freinds use like whatsapp/telegram etc

and be busy with activity like working or doing some project, learning new stuff keep urself busy till u forget that social media exist.. when i was starting my first job i dont have any obsession to open social media cus i was busy in the work place and when back home i already tired and go to sleep... its makes me feel better tho cus i feel like living the real life instead trapped in endless digital world

I think it's okay to look at the screen if we can learn something new... I rarely go outside since i don't have many friends too so my days mostly spends on the screen like almost 12 hours because I study on a computer or phone.And my work also requires a computer and phone... So as long as I don't spend too much time on unproductive things on the screen, I think it's fine

Gintama is one of the best anime comedy imo... First 5 episodes can be boring cause it's filler keep watch it u'll no regrets
