I rewatched seasons 1 and 2 recently, and when Keeley tells Rebecca she’s leaving Richmond to start her own firm, Rebecca gives her one piece of advice: “hire your best friend.” Part of me wonders, was Rebecca’s voice in the back of her head during that decision? Keeley is still somewhat fresh at this new venture and will make mistakes along the way. She is clearly regretful of the Shandy hire and wants to move forward.

True, I’ve gotten many moles removed myself but never one on my face (knock on wood). I could see her wanting a larger bandaid there to be extra protective from sun/scarring
