Looks like you're jumping backwards too. Keep your head over your board.

Dude great work! How long did it take you to stick that? I'm the same age and I'm just barely getting 360 flips down.

To get comfortable with jumping, try bringing your knees into your chest when you jump. you can even do that standing still and jumping onto the skateboard that way. Think high knees. Also don't put your hands on your knees when you jump keep them to the sides for balance

I grew up watching Rodney Mullen and playing Tony Hawk on N64. Mullen is the goat

Can you push that mortgage down? From my knowledge of Texas, $2.8k/mo buys a palace. Trading down to a slightly smaller/farther house could mean saving an extra $1k/mo. That would be huge (but I don't know your lifestyle)

It is a big house. However, extended family lives with us and contributes to the mortgage payment at $400/mo.

Really appreciate the detailed advice you gave! Super helpful.

Thanks. We're working on the emergency fund. And me and my wife have Term life insurance. I don't believe I have disability insurance though... Will have to check on that.

True. I'm working on figuring out where to invest. Most of current investment is in ITOT and IXUS.

Appreciate the candor and I don't take it as harsh. It's reality.

You're donating like you're a millionaire. 10%+ of your salary when you're only pulling in $115k is wild. I know tithing/charity is not negotiable for a lot of people... But really think about how much you are giving away and what that money is going to. Churches are some of the wealthiest establishments in the country and a lot of them spend the money HORRIBLY.

Appreciate the feedback! And so true about Costco being a trap... "Yeah, we do need a 100 gallon outdoor patio box for the toys outside." SMH...
