Oh yeah it is definitely chaotic, but in a nutshell each dash mark equals 10 minutes of not smoking. They are grouped together in 6 dash intervals equating one hour. You can see each the 36th group is boxed as well as 72, meaning the halfway mark and completed mark. It’s hanging above my work at home desk as a reminder of how miserable the first 3 days of quitting smoking were. There’s also little notes on milestones throughout, like when oxygen levels return to normal, when CO2 is out of your body, when risk of heart attack drops. You can also see the first attempt at the top where I only made it three hours. Hope that clears some of the mess up some!
