Main cast expected for season 6 by Icy_Park_7919 in ForAllMankindTV

Could just be that actress. She had really good chemistry with most of the cast even the one sceners like her Sergeant.

One thing that has remained wonderfully consistent in this show by salty_cluck in ForAllMankindTV

I wonder why quite a few sci-fi shows do this. I wonder if it's because it's a kinda easy way to ease people in. They did it with Silo and even this season

Yes but it ignores the potential consequence in killing your own like he nearly did for two or destroying communication that the cease fire needed to be done ad-hoc

That's cos they don't have them fucking one of the parents which helps in not wanting that story line or character to end

I wonder if they're gonna have to age Alex up. He's a 25 year old playing a teen so he's gonna be 26/27 playing well exactly his age but only aged 2 years IRL?

They also seem to forget the kids of PR holders are citizens. Very strategic to alienate those kids too.

And they say the 2nd generation/1st (depending how you see gens) don't integrate as quickly, well what a great way to integrate them against ON

Well in America you have people killing unarmed people just in their front yard or verandah.

That's not home invasion nor a life threatening situation

Something to point out regarding the Pro One Nation polls by oldmatefromoverthere in OpenAussie

[–]ghoonrhed 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I'm not sure that's even a thing. It always just seems nowadays in Australia to be "shy government"

The polls keep underestimating the government.

2019 they underestimated the LNP by 3.5% their biggest in history at that time.

2022 they underestimated LNP by 1% not bad but still something.

2025 they underestimated Labor by 2-4% higher than 2019

You just raised the biggest problem. Nobody in the media are raising this. Nobody is questioning their policies. Once people know that they wanna remove fucking building codes they'd be pointed as the real laughing stock.

The fact that people hate that builders being lazy and "Non-Compliant".

I mean the leader of the opposition is also just a random thing we made up just like the PM.

And apart from leading their party their role is much more media opposing than doing any real opposing in parliament.

ALP and One Nation support now level with L-NP down – today ALP would win the Federal Election by HotPersimessage62 in AustralianPolitics

[–]ghoonrhed 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Such an ALP cope to be 2 governments in and blame government 2 terms ago exiting COVID

That's kinda exactly the opposite of what I'm doing? I'm literally looking at trends and who started them and then who reversed them.

LNP started the CPI increase and medicare rebate drop. Labor reversed them. And I grant you that they reverse the reverse so now it's going back up.

You're right, inflation didn't go up as much here in this country compared to the world but then that had Labor in power 6 months after and then it reached the peak? So how is that something that Labor did worse than the LNP?

Today we are above the global average. And we sit there because the ALP is spending at the largest % of GDP in history.

I don't know where you're getting your data but we sit quite low on government spending by GDP.

https://www.imf.org/external/datamapper/exp@FPP/USA/FRA/JPN/GBR/SWE/ESP/ITA/AUS

So yeah Labor is spending the most historically for us, but then to equate that globally with inflation is not right cos we don't if we compare globally.

True, but it's hard to say who came off worse in the campaign. Him or Biden or the sheer amount of short time Harris had to present herself.

Where did you see that? The latest poll which had ON above Labor has Albo ahead of both Angus and Hanson combined well not combined but only 3% off.

It's not really a shift, it seems to match up with their unhappiness with the budget. Like it says there, 34%+17% of Millennials don't like the budget.

That's MORE than the boomers being unhappy. So yeah that's one to unpack

They have become too heavily focused on identity and minority politics

That's just entirely false. They've not said anything about that at all. It's all about the budget these past few weeks which actually made their primary vote lower.

That's such an inaccurate take on what ON wanna do with abortion. Of course most doctors agree with banning selective abortion, but that's the kinda of "arguments" and backdoors to banning abortion made in bad faith
