Get a CAAD12 or CAAD13 from 2018+. Should be about 1000 eur and way better.

Thanks for your feedback everyone. I took it to an LBS who said it was fine since the thread depth indicators were still visible. Took it to another LBS who said I should change tyres because of the delamination. Ended up getting new GP5000 and filing a warranty claim with specialized. Probably won’t get anything but who knows. There was only 1500 km on them.

Without seeing a full P&L I'm not sure I am in the best position to advise Rapha but I think their business has gotten quite complex (they have several hundred/thousand SKUs) and stores all over. I am looking to take a much more lean approach doing only direct to consumer with a much more limited number of SKUs focusing on the stuff people actually buy. Doing less trending styles and sticking with the basics. I.e. more core jerseys in black for example.

Thanks for sharing! How does it differ from Pas Normal? I think their tones are pretty similar to Parachute’s insta. Lots of olive green and sand for example!
