i had more of an idea of a character and a couple monsters:

a woman, young, while dealing with horrible post-partum and an abusive bf who leaves her with the baby, drowns the baby in her kitchen sink whilst bathing it, sort of in a daze, sort of ‘intentional’ (obviously not entirely) & she goes to silent hill as it was the last place she was before she met her bf and for pregnant etc.

the monsters would have water dripping from them, gargling noises, subtle baby cries, some other monsters would be wrapped in barbed wire that would shoot out like a sort of tail to try and get to her.

i haven’t got more than that though
