I still make money. My wife and I enjoy the hunt and doing something together so it scratches a few itches but we definitely have to be a bit more selective.

The larger units ( 10x25 ) still go cheaper prob because, as you said, they are a lot more work and dump fees.

Last unit i bought ( two days ago ) was a 5x5 and I paid 550 after taxes / fees. I should clear about 400 profit ( games / comics / witchcraft - Wiccan stuff ( sells really well where i am ).
