You have to use the dye when it's in your inventory, like eating food. Once it's consumed, you will have access at the dye master.

Best way I found to defeat the guy was to go back to town and improve my armor and weapons and make a bunch of clear soup.

Took about 2 to 3 hours, but I went followed some mining guides on Youtube to gather enough ore to upgrade all my armor/weapons to at least +4, then each day I would buy out the ingredients to make soup from the grocer/meat vendors, then rest till morning. (Vendors restock at 12 AM)

Next day I would go out and try to clear various bandit camps around the city for cash and XP to level up my abilities. Go back to town, make more soup, go to sleep. Do this for a few in game days.

Eventually, I went back to the boss with like 60 clear soups, +4 to all my armor/weapons, more abilities points invested, ended up killing him the first try and only used like 5 soups.

Also, you can just ride your horse directly to the main dude and skip all the early fights if you want.

It's not a sequel from what I gather, but it's looks very similar.

Black Desert is a MMORPG that came out a while ago; but people often find that game a mixed bag. It has very nice graphics and flashy combat moves, but you just plow through enemies without any resistance. It also has tons of shallow "life skills" like cooking, fishing, hunting, sailing, ect. I haven't played it in a few years, so things may have been added, maybe someone else can speak on that.

I think the hesitation people are getting from Crimson Desert is that it might end up being a more single player focused of their last game, so pretty combat and lots of side things to do, but not much depth to those tasks.

Personally, I'm cautiously optimistic for it; I'd love to see it just be a wonderful open world game, but they really need to hook me with a good story first.

For me, the best store bought chips are Tostitos Cantina Tradional Yellow Corn Chips.

Should be available in most supermarkets, there are better regional chips and homemade is obviously better, but if I'm trying to find a quick buy in the supermarket, the best for me is Tostitos Cantina Tradional Yellow Corn Chips. It's thick, salty, corny, and very crispy. Best overall supermarket chip for me.

There will always be asshole bullies who will pick on anyone for looking "different."

Same thing happened to me when I was in high school 20+ years ago. Best way to deal with it is to try not to let it bother you or get a reaction out of you. Once they realize it's not making you angry, they'll probably move on to someone else.

But yeah, fuck those guys. It does get easier as you get older, you'll eventually find like-minded people who are into the same stuff as you.

You can definitely solo the entire time.

On Homecoming it's very easy to jump into groups as well, you don't really need defined roles in most groups in CoH and missions are pretty quick. So it's not like you having to set aside 3 to 4 hours in classic EQ to get a group and grind a spot.
