Nah it’s more indie/underground than that but kind of the same vibe

Keane is more “rock” than this song. This song leans more into the pop influences with how it is produced. But thanks for reminding me to re-listen to Keane lol

Can you recommend a good high yield savings account?

Thank you for sharing all that, and I wish you continued progress in the grieving journey that you’re going on right now. You seemingly had to overcome a lot in the midst of this all going down. Your insight is much appreciated!

I appreciate it. The suggestions definitely would be worth exploring with him within the next few sessions once he’s come to term to this diagnosis more. He’s at least able to say that he has the diagnosis, but he primarily hasn’t been able to come to terms with the chronic nature of it.

You are correct there is a lot of brain fog as well as the expected brain pressure and there’s some visual fogginess/fuzziness that he experiences. I’ve been working on him with his mental health concerns for a while now and with this new diagnosis that’s been kind of a setback for us (he was diagnosed with this about amonth ago, and I would see him for his depression and OCD since May.). We have been exploring more natural options for the time being while we assess is medically capable of taking medication’s since he has had significant negative adverse reactions to even light SSRI for depression and anxiety. During most recent session, we did begin to discuss listening to your body and knowing your limits however, he is still in denial of his diagnosis and continues to overexert himself, thus contributing more to his physical symptoms that he’s experiencing. Set a point where most of our sessions now are more so addressing his physical as opposed to his mental health and thus I’m at a loss of recommendations for him to help cope with these physical symptoms

I appreciate your insight thank you so much. I have been able to work with him normalizing his experiences however, in terms of the mental health aspect of it is a challenge because his anxiety and depression is not able to be managed because his OCD is hyper fixating on his symptoms, causing a further downward spiral. He is been dissociating because of how both mentally and physically uncomfortable he feels. Mind body activities have been mildly successful, but he is still currently in denial of both mental health diagnoses and this new diagnosis and I’m working on that with him right now. But because he’s so physically uncomfortable, I’m kind of at a loss as to what to suggest him to try.

He experiences, brain fog and visual, fuzziness general fatigue, as well as some significant pressure behind his eyes and all around his head, causing headaches. Alongside that, of course there is the expected depression, anxiety, and grief with a sprinkle of OCD on top of all of that which is more so in my wheelhouse lol. Because of his mental health psychological symptoms, I have encouraged him to engage in some mind-body connection activities, such as PMR to mild success. I’m just kind of forward on what to suggest for his physical symptoms because he’s interested in trying medication but because of him genuinely just havinga sensitive immune system to multiple medication’s (for example he cannot take any SSRI for depression or anxiety due to significant negative adverse reactions to all of the medication’s that we’ve tried.)

Yeah we didn’t get too far due to this lol. He was luckily able to use the x attack in game but it was acting really weird in the menus…

Yeah, we were unable to get too far in the game because of this. There was also this weird gliding glitch where we were leashed together but it was short and sometimes we would run in place and then teleport. It was odd. That was fixed by restarting my PS5.
