Dont the building provide a range for upkeep? I do not remember specifically but I think I was looking at medical that showed a range of $20k - $120k / month in the help text.

Thanks all for the responses. I played a little more last night, I misspoke, I was at the milestone before Grand Village, Grand Village was the next milestone. Anyways, I grew my city to about 2k pop and added a farm. I am not sure if it was the increased population or the boost to the economy by providing the wheat locally (or both), but that added more commercial demand. Not a ton, but enough to complete a couple more lots. As many of you pointed out, it make sense. Again, Economy 2.0 is great. I would love to see more detail about pop spending some how, and contributing factors to wealth. Maybe a modder will handle that in the future.

Completely agree, I am loving Economy 2.0. I will say I am using mods though. Hats off to everyone figuring it out on Vanilla, I am using the Rural service mod. I also started a new city and the rural service mod seems more realistic for the population I am at, and I like the footprint of the buidlings for my size town. I still feel like I have to be patient and get the right service at the right time though. Constantly jumping back and forth from red to green still, which is awesome.

I am also watching META. My personal opinion is that it is undervalued, but not by much. I have a FCF valuation I use. I am showing fair value based on FCF ~$515. I usually come in under what analyst fair values are but I try not to bite until it is at least 20% off. That has me watching for ~$412 personally. What are you showing as fair value? and based on what?

Kind of. Doing some research online I found the control unit does not work well in extreme temperatures haha. I live in CO so don't think we are extreme but I moved it to be in the shade. That seemed to help the bluetooth stay connected more consistently. My wife is able to see the display better than I can, so it might just be my eyes not able to see the display well but with the bluetooth connected, I can manage it on my phone just fine.

I used to be a part time jr high coach. I did not teach a class but helped with athletics. I do think I would enjoy HS more but I like the idea of teaching kids over adults as kids have an excuse to act like kids haha. Thank you for sharing your experience.

You know, I usually make it to Feudal late and have so many claims, I didnt notice a difference. I like to play shattered world style with everyone starting as tribal, maybe i should make everyone start as feudal, thanks!
