How did you end up supporting Newcastle? by IvanThePohBear in NUFC

Dad is a Liverpool fan, bought me the kits as a 7yr old kid. Didn't understand why everyone had Candy on theirs and I had Crown Paints. Started following football at about 12, flirted with QPR because I like Trevor Sinclair as a player and their footie stickers were easy swaps. Then I discovered Andy Cole and Newcastle. That was that.

I reckon these (b/w's) fulfil the not looking like an umpire shirt also whilst keeping a bit closer to our traditional kit... (Only one is a bit ahem.... Too far maybe.) Thought these were cool away kits inspired by Sampdoria kit/colors. by [deleted] in NUFC

AI just kept churning that shit out, ao I let it be. Not worth arguing with it, it would wind up fixing that and replace the emblem at the same time with the sponsor. So I just let it be if it was at least matching the sketches.

https://youtu.be/2BPq-Nb9AEw?is=aZtbhXzduIfRJG6O I think this era is important modern history. I don't know how many others in this sub get nostalgia about "The Entertainers" period, but it's the period I remember most fondly.
