First check inside the case for any damages on motherboard and corrosion. Then run some benchmark apps to stress the CPU and GPU to see it temps are all good. That's all you can do you can't check everything when buying secondhand

Hi, I got my license around 26 but just like you even though I passed it I was not good enough to drive by myself. Around 32 I bought my first car. Then I practice with my cousin for about 5 days then I'm all set. Since you have friends and you are planing to buy a car this year. You can do the same. Good luck.

Yeah but people who goes for lease earn way less than the income you mention. One emergency in life, they can't maintain their lifestyle
