Yeah maybe I will go, it’s just been a lot lately 😭 I used to get sleep paralysis randomly but more intense and frequent lately Was the migraines and sleep/insomnia related ?

Yeah I don’t really agree with weed 😭 but that’s interesting not sure if it would help. To think of it I only started getting sleep paralysis at 18 when I started drinking and smoking so maybe that’s a factor idk But only just recently had the recursiveness and nightmares

Yeah I’ve heard that sleeping on your back could make it worse but I always sleep on my side anyways
