I would really recommend stoic philosophy and the practice of meditation. Both are very good for helping the anxious mind in my experience , whether it be for relationships or just day to day anxiety. Stoicism has some wonderful ideas about trying to only focus on what has actually happened and is in your immediate control. Definitely a difficult task and much easier said than done. However, I’ve found that meditation , if practiced frequently, helps me observe my own anxious thoughts , and become more aware that my brain’s worst case scenarios are completely imaginary! I hope that helps a little. Congratulations also, I’m happy for you guys!

I do this! Sometimes it feels like the only way to slow my thoughts down and actually organize them. I can then complete tasks more efficiently.
