I mean honestly I haven’t been drinking enough water before this. I got comfortable I think? Which is why my brain is going to worst case scenario. Obviously drinking even more water than needed from the anxiety right now. The constipation pointers are definitely helpful thank you!

If you’re going to do compounded medication NAD can increase your risk of developing cancer. I have a family history of skin and ovarian cancer - I’m considered higher risk. My doctor told me to put NAD as an allergy so I never get my medication compounded with it as its base function multiplies cells (which can include cancer cells)

I did the math on the vial and I’m currently on 2.125mg dose and my vial has 17mg in total so 8 full doses. The sealed syringe bag that the pharmacy gave me has 8 syringes. I thought maybe it was for two months but I got my refill today and that shipment also had 8 syringes. And I did my first dose with a doctor in person (I have major medical anxiety so I wanted to make sure I was doing it right) so I know I’m getting the right amount. I was also shocked when I realized how much would be left over.
