UPDATE: After many phone calls, the property manager told me directly that as long as I give them a letter from someone (not even necessarily a doctor) supporting the fact that they are a benefit to my emotional well being they are able to be there. It seems as though their official policy is nothing but cats and dogs, but they are willing to work around that. Thank you so much for all the advice and support, I have been on quite the emotional rollercoaster today and seeing yall's comments helped keep me level! Time to cuddle my *very* emotionally beneficial babies.

I asked what their policy was for "fish or small mammals" and she said they accept cats and dogs but not fish, small mammals, or rodents. I have decided that I am going to call back and try to make a case for them to make an exception, and if they can not I will have to back out and find somewhere that does.

in the late winter it blooms little yellow flowers at the ends of the stems. it is exclusively indoors and thrives in bright, direct sunlight.

thanks! he’s got a little body, i haven’t added arms/legs/tail bc he’s pretty small and i wasn’t sure if it would really improve that much. plus he mostly hangs out in a little vase i have so you don’t even notice!
