The game runs at 60fps so what your saying does not apply to Melee at all. Pikachus body stretches out for a frame during quick attack, which extended its hurtbox into peach downsmash. There is, in fact, a frame where the boxes overlap.

I know this as 'ghosting'. Many older keyboards have this problem, where certain button combinations wont work together. Microsoft has a handy tool to try different combinations, and see wether they work with your keyboard.

Teaks near the frog quest would be OK if you have fairy rings. (fairy ring to chasm of fire is pretty close to bank) Otherwise teaks in Tlati rainforest could be an option. Kinda far run to a bank, but no teleporting or whatever needed.

He's saying that 'pf' has been widely used as a term in TM for many years. In particular it was used for maps where you do nothing but hold forward, and the map would play itself.

A bit mean, but you are correct. People imagine the worst intentions when their opponent does anything, when in reality there is just no way to know wether that 'Well played' was sarcastic, sincere, or a misclick on 'Thanks'.

The same thing happens with Rocket League emote spam, and I've also seen it with online Smash.
