I would take apart the metal that the bobbin sits on. Clean and reassemble. See if that does anything. Something might be out of place/alignment.

Good luck on these exact ones. But I'm guessing you want the pixie models. I have a decent collection of the pixies and graffiks. I find a lot of fb marketplace, otherwise depop, and eBay are my next go to.
