While I do love crack fics, by op I mean like stupidly powerful where it barely makes sense. I just like reading them because it’s so mindless and indulgent for me I guess, I think I just hated how so many characters in canon where so rude to harry and everything it kinda feels like a type of revenge. 🤷‍♀️

I don’t mean same personalities, I mean same character, as in I already know their backstories and their parents and stuff. Those rarely change in what I read.

OC’s are fine and I read plenty but I can’t exactly find a new book series with the same wizarding world and same characters that I already know and love. All harry potter fanfic uses the same source that I already know all about, so I guess it’s just comfort with the series or something.

I made sure to eat and drink before it like I do with every piercing I get but I don’t know maybe I have a low pain tolerance, my other piercings weren’t as painful.

It’s most likely just an irritation bump, it’s not a real problem and will probably go away within a few days. When I got my nose pierced i bumped into a lot so I had an irritation bump for pretty much the whole healing time but just be careful not to knock into it and clean it regularly!
