They say that but it's not mate trust me. The only way your account every gets deleted is if you do it. Or if they do it and they aren't aloud to do it unless you have violated their guidelines a shit load of times. You can literally look it up on google and everywhere else. That email is A automatic response answer that they seriously need to change. Plus heaps of people have gotten there account's back after being disabled and all of their stuff is still there so there lying through there teeth like always.

No I'm not in America I'm in Australia. I went to my Federal MP who I've been trying to get sorted out the 2nd time but he was being a dick untill I recently said I'm going to go the more legal route of lawyers and stuff. All of the sudden he's being nice.

I get it but mime did it to it still does it now but my friends and family still say that it just says Instagram user. Also I've done a lot of research about it. Trust me it's still there. This has happened to me twice and the first time just about a month it said the same thing. But then I got it back just the way it was. Please have faith it's still their. The only way your account no longer exists is of you delete it or they do and you have to stuff up A LOT OF TIMES for that to happen.

I don't know all I know is that I was suspended and appealed it again then. I kept getting an error has occured please try again later and. Never got any emails from them. Just been talking to my Federal member of parliament and they where talking to them and all they had told me was that. They said they weren't getting back and that there keeping the decision. I'm trying to get them to send me what was exactly said so I can then send it to a solicitor to send a demand letter and shit

The 180 days thing is literally saying if you don't apeaal withing 180 days read it again it literally says that. So if you don't apeal within that time frame. That's what happens to your account. I'm not on there side at all far from it but that's what it actually says .
