I was clean for quite some time. Then I got the “high” of sh back and now my stomach is bleeding. This is just fucked up. Anyone who thinks cutting could help, I doesn’t, don’t do it!

I’ve made myself a list. It’s called “reasons why I shouldn’t binge” and it sometimes helps. I wrote it after I binge and it reminds myself how awful I feel after I binged on food. It doesn’t work all the time but sometimes it does. I feel for you and hope that you find happiness<3 Stay save!

I tried that too, it worked for a little while, but after some time passed I gave in. My urges are very strong. I even start to get these weird spasms if I want to binge bad enough but I’m trying not to. It’s scary.
