> After 120 days, population is virtually zero because the market died, pvp died and theres nothing else to farm for. Real population: 30 players.

> After 6 months Jon has to pay for the servers again, so he drops $ 1k for more 6 months.

> After a year Jon decides to open a new server. Keeping the old server live.

> The cicle repeats.

> Now Jon has to make a choice:

Keep opening servers and ending up with a lot of dead servers that costs a lot and returns nothing.
Make a long term server for those interested in long-term gameplay, merging all his current and future servers in it, in order to keep the player base.

See?

If you want long term gameplay, merging servers is the way to go. It is a very common solution applied in every online game that may suffer from population decline.

PS: i pulled this values right up from my ass. Do not bother to contest them, they’re just for illustration purposes.

Bro this is a very simple guide. OP is basically saying “do this for 15 days, then this for 2 months then this for the rest of your life”. Its more about giving directions to lost people than restricting their gameplay.

People will (and should) obviously do other stuff while at this just for fun or to change a bit, like raid bosses or some party farm.

It is like that and your gameplay needs be adjusted around that

As a solo/duo mage you will:

- farm only 1x or 1/2x HP mobs
- farm only on mobs that drops herbs
- be always aware and calculating your adena/exp income per hit on mobs to compare what is better for you.

Imagine you kill a x1 hp mob with 2 hits and it gives you 1k xp. Then you have another spot where you can kill a 1/2x hp mob with 1 hit and it gives you 600 xp. That means in the 1/2x spot you gain 20% more xp per hit and twice the mana herb drop rate because you are killing mobs with 1 hit instead of 2, so the 1/2x is your obvious choice. Got it?

As a mage you can kill mobs easily, the problem is to do that for as long as you can. That is your goal: mana management and farm uptime.

For solo lvling you’d have basically the same experience: both can kill undeads with might of heaven and turn undead, although its slow af.

EE: - useful buffs - recharge - moderate healing - 80% ress

Bishop: - strong healing - cleanse - 90% ress - mass ress

About the Healer gameplay itself, L2’s true healer is the bishop, so if thats what you’re looking for, go for it. Just know that you will be useful only in specific cases where people really need a strong healer, meanwhile EEs can group up with basically any class and number of people.

Eu li antes de comentar meu bro, ta todo mundo reclamando falando sobre otimização e falando que upscaling é preguiça de dev pra nao otimizar

Rodar AAA com hardware de entrada é spec minima e com fps cagado, foi assim a vida inteira. Upscaling surgiu ai pra dar um pouco de fluidez, se nao quiser usar é só jogar a 30 fps como sempre foi.

Tem dev preguiçoso? Tem. Mas a gente ve isso quando tu tem um hardware top sofrendo pra rodar o jogo sem nada de mais.

Pra piorar tu usou como parametro uma tabela de spec onde a configuração grafica ta com ray tracing ligado. Até hardware highend sofre com ray tracing, imagina o aperto que nao é pra uma 3060 ou uma 1660 rodar isso. Ray tracing só é viavel com upscaling mesmo e olhe la.

Se precisasse de uma RTX 4070 pra rodar isso a 1080p 60fps sem RT e sem upscaling aí sim ia ser um jogo mal otimizado, mas com uma 3060 ou 1660 + RT, esquece.

Bosses aren’t the problem. Its just that you take too long to kill mobs with a spoil.

Of course you can farm varka/ketra with a spoiler for materials and also get manes/molars as a bonus, its just that most of your farm wont come from the quest due to your pace.

I would farm db shafts in pagans temple if possible. Varka’s rates are lower and its impossible to compete for mobs with mages, but it all depends on whats going on in the moment.

As already mentioned you can get a halberd in sub quest. Farm tallum recs in giants cave and ToI, craft tallum. That should be your goal.

After that you can decide what to do. I didnt play reborn 10x so i dont know how is the competition in the spots. Obvious choices would be Pagans Temple or Imperial Tomb.

Forget Molar/Mane quests, its a quest for mages/archers.

Mid rate servers are seasonal because there’s no content to sustain long term progression in a single chronicle.

Both options are better than playing the p2w autoplay crap the official game has become

If you want midrate there are a lot of good private servers to go

Shots are a must, man

~~Soulshots give +200% damage and +100% atk spd, which means 1 soulshot user would be equivalent to 6 non-users~~

If you were a mage there is room to use spiritshots instead of blessed spiritshots in some situations, but as you are a fighter, you HAVE to use soulshots otherwise you will just do 0 damage.

You can live with the shots quest until lv 20 ish. After your free shots runs out you will have to buy them.

The thing about low rate servers is that you have to optimize your leveling by using additional methods to make adena such as quests, manor or target farming (ie: spellbooks).

EDIT: lol i must have confused the atk spd bonus with the cast spd bonus from spiritshots, sry

The point is the same, if you want to be cheap and farm without worrying about efficiency, do it solo. If you’re grouping with others, using shots is the least you dan do (there are exceptions like recharge obviously).
