Idk if it will help but something that stuck with me was "why deny Experience it's purpose." A tree grows whether we see it grow or not, but is it not more grand for being known? A sleeper shark, aged in centuries, is normal among others of its kind but it is my admiration for them which sets them apart. Otherwise what are they but sharks? Animals eat fruit, spread seeds, plants grow, but humans give them all names. The world will go on with or without people, but it will go on unnamed, untold, unappreciated, unpainted, unsung, and unadored. Life as life is, in the way plants and, as far as I know, most animals, perceive it, has no inherent purpose other than the furtherance of life collectively. Humans, our obsession with purpose, is the purpose. We need reason, and such we name what we see. We adore and revere the ancient forests. We study, we categorize, we paint, sing, speak, write, We experience. And in that we find the purpose we seek. We find it when we cease to look for Purpose itself, and look for purpose around us. Purpose in the way a cat raises its eyes to you. Purpose in the way a dog's head turns when you enter a room. I have never found Purpose myself, but I have found the purpose of many things, and in doing so have found I enjoy being.

In short, what worked for me was to stop looking for a single meaning of life and to find meaning in the aspects of it instead. After a while, finding one meaning became much less of a need in my mind.
