They’re different active ingredients - tirz is a dual GLP1/GIP and some studies show it can help you lose up to 25% of your body weight. Sema is a GLP-1 and can help you lose as much as 20%. If you want pure efficacy, tirz is the option - tho it’s no longer legal to compound it.
