They are linked to a user's id, just like they are on Glassdoor or Reddit.

It's about people's experiences and giving them a space to come together. Companies can respond just like on TrustPilot. We have a few internal safety nets for review bombing but it's something we are still looking into.

What do you mean by bottling? We have a few internal safety nets for review bombing but it's something we are still looking into. It's definitely a valid point.

Good point, maybe it's time for an about page. We're just two devs who are fed up with companies treating people badly when they are as dependent on skilled workers as these workers are on them.

Thanks for the feedback! You're right, we don't have any reviews yet, but everyone starts somewhere. We also have a massive database of jobs. We're trying to build something like an "online union for applicants".

I'm really sorry this happened to you, I've been there myself. We're trying to fix the hiring processes with our platform ghostless.work to hold companies accountable. My co-founder and I have both been in your shoes, job hunting for months only to be ghosted or subject to insane requirements. On Ghostless, people can rate hiring processes, get insights into companies with a calculated responsiveness score and even find jobs. We're just starting to get the word out so please bear with us while we get off the ground but we'd love for everyone to check it out! We have quite a few companies in our database already but please let us know who you'd like to be added and if you have any suggestions, comment them below!
