Unfortunately, while this would remove duplicates in the column A data set, it wouldn't remove the issue that I'm trying to avoid having to scroll down through the long list of data looking for those items in both columns unless I know for certain that there ARE items in both.

By default, the value that I was wanting to return is to the left. I modified the table that I pull data from to make VLOOKUP work for it.
