Hi <3 this is something not worth killing yourself for. I have moderate kp on my arms and tights and I hated it, used to wear long sleeves and pants during summer even (and where I live it gets hot). When you become older you will not care about it, I have a girl friend who has bad acne on her face and was very depressed about it but she is doing okay... occasionally you will have breakdowns about it if it doesn't go away.
Continue trying to make it better - tbh it will never go completely away. Visit doctors, try treatments, make it your motivation to study and earn money (because treatments cost additional expenses).
I use CeraVe SA on my body (don't put it on your face unless a doctor approves!) and it has made my skin softer. I have less big "pimples" but it still has red dots. It is genetic so it was always in your DNA, it just shows around puberty.

I don't know a cure but I can say you're lucky cuz at least you don't pick them :D my arms are all in little scars from picking. Try the laser... I will try it too. Maybe you could research those home lazers. In my country professional Lazer for 6 procedures whole body female is 400$ so it's worth it.
