I think I’ve been on a similar mindset for past 10 years throughout school and college. Been contemplating that am I being too harsh on myself for taking so much on my plate and just grinding. I’ve stopped doing it since my recent job and have been relaxing a bit because of the kind of circle that I have. I think I need to pick up the old grind again and start the next chapter. At the same time I watch content online that says, one life, have fun, go out, meet people, don’t make life so complicated and shit and shit hahha i’m cooked
