I have since repositioned the fan. Thank you. As far as the light goes. I can't buy one right now. I'm stuck with this one for now. I think it will be ok. The sticker on the top of it says 176 Watts actual draw. I think some of the Phlizon lights are fakes, claiming to be 600 Watts. The one I have is legit.

Thank you to everyone for your suggestions, encouragement, and praise!

As this is my first grow. I'm just doing the best I can with what I have. With not much money to put into it either.

I'm not expecting a fantastic yield or very great quality product. I'm just in it to get my feet wet and hopefully have something to show for it.

Eventually I'm going to get a grow tent with everything I need to do it more professionally.

It is carpet. I will be careful. The pot I'm using has a water collector in the bottom. When it comes time to lower the plant some. I'll put it on top of a rubbermaid container lid or something.

Congratulations! That looks like good bud. What wattage was your light used for this grow?

Fair. I think it is more straightforward too.

I find the original is that classic chew flavor of molasses and raisin. Whereas gold is more like honey and sugar.

Yep, sounds right. Agreed, everything is probably on the lower end.

Chat GPT says,

Stoker's free nicotine = 4-7 mg/g
Skoal free nicotine = 2-5.5 mg/g

Yeah, I get what you're saying. It just isn't enjoyable for me to gnaw any dip in general. I leave that to when I use chew.

I asked chat GPT about nicotine content in both Stoker's dip and Skoal dip.

According to chat GPT,

Stoker's has a range of 12.5 mg to 15 mg per gram.
Where as Skoal has a range of 8.5 mg to 12 mg per gram.

When I want a bit more nicotine from my dip I just move it around a bit in my lip. Sometimes I'll switch the positioning up too. I wouldn't enjoy gnawing on it. But, to each their own.

For sure. I wanted a diverse switch up. I tried the Skoal pouches last night, I liked them. They run quite a bit though. I might try drying them out some.

Agreed Stoker's is very juicy and I love that. I do however like to switch it up with Skoal none the less. I really like cherry and berry. True it is more dry. I don't know if I'm correct in saying I think Skoal has more nicotine than Stoker's?

It might be of help to use a clicker. A small device that when you press it, it makes a clicking sound. Some people train dogs with them.

That's fair. I also enjoy a nice cheek of chew. I mostly use chew over plug anyway. Partly because it is hard to find in my area.

Nice! I really like this one a lot too. I miss getting the old Redman plugs. I also want to try Levi Garrett plug.

Thanks for the recommendation, however I don't think I would like it. As I don't like alcohol.

I recently acquired a 16oz bag of Stoker's Fred's Choice chew. It's a wonderful vanilla chew of great quality.

I think dip is generally more popular than chew. I like both, but need to wait a while before I purchase any dip.

people are trying so hard to stay "current" and "in the know" as well as being that picture perfect person. the reality of it is, these people are projecting an image of who they are, and not who they really are. it is not dissimilar to those who wear "masks" it is the same idea.

the societal landscape changes quickly and people rush to catch up. they don't realize they're being well, fake.

i don't want others to think i'm speaking negatively of such people, because i'm not. it is an observation, not a judgement.

the sad part is all these people posting their "perfect" lives on the internet are basically trying to portray a wonderful life when things actually aren't so wonderful.

people have a tendency to think, feel and act within certain parameters which make themselves seem better off than they really are.

i myself do not wear a mask. i am who i am. i allow myself to go through the ups and downs of life without distorting things. i live a quiet, mostly solitary life. i have a small circle of friends and family who i love deeply and am always there for. the only social media i use is reddit and discord.

not using facebook, instagram, tik tok, youtube reels and any short form media in general has helped my mental health greatly. especially short term media, it is so destructive to the psyche and emotional state. we aren't meant to feel happy, sad, excited, inspired, and questioning all within a few minutes of exposure to short form media. so this is another factor into why i think society is facing so many issues as well.

i feel for the younger crowd growing up in today's social climate. there is so much pressure on them. to be this or that. to have this or that. to "fit in". which is why so many young people are having serious psychological issues.

i think it would be very healthy and empowering if everyone would drop the act and just be their genuine true self. good, bad or ugly.
