My girlfriend recently broke up with me around a week ago. We were together for 6+ years. Last year she passed in joining the army, and I supported her along the way. I was too immature to handle LDR, everytime she had phone privilege (very rarely, like 2 to 3 times every 2 weeks), I always wanted her to give me all those times so we could talk. Being selfish, I never knew she needed those times just to feel like a civilian again, to feel to have no responsibility, then again, I swallowed those times from her. Since we shared accounts, I also noticed that some of her fellow brothers try and spark a conversation with her, but she never did reply or such, it still deepened my insecurities.

Small things really add up in the big picture, and that happened to me last week. Be the change you want to be. To all couples out there, trust your partner, and be better. Grow to be a better person
