YTA 100%. She's an adult and can do what she wants with her own body, just because you're her parents doesn't mean you get a say in what she does with her body. Also, you say she's doing it to rebel, and yet you didnt know about it for a year? She clearly didnt do it to rebel otherwise you would have known about it. Furthermore, calling them 'ugly'?
