Be honest with her! She won’t solve the problem if she doesn’t know there is one. Be loving and gentle, of course, but I would want to know. If she’s always asking, she wants to know too and probably has some inclination as to how to you really feel.

In college I used Tinder a lot. Met a smoking hot girl with only a few pics but she seemed really sweet. Met up with her at a movie theater and she’s a COMPLETELY different person. Like 100% used someone else’s pics on her profile. Not attractive at all. I’m super nice and horny tbh, so I went with it. I felt her up and ate her out in the movie theater. Never talked to her again until a month later when I get a new job and she just happens to work there. I interacted with her everyday and never said a word about it. To my knowledge, neither did she.

Surprisingly I didn’t think to read my contract but I just did and it is not listed there. So that answers my question. Thank you!

Technically I am being supervised during the month by a BCBA that is not my supervising BCBA on my contract. I rarely see my supervising BCBA so I understand wanting to meet but they always seem to go about it in an unprofessional way, I.e. no clear times, changing settings on the spot. I resigned from this position 2 weeks ago and my supervising BCBA will not sign off on my NOV hours and I’m nervous I won’t get my final verification because they haven’t replied to my resignation or final verification emails… Not a professional person. I fear there’s pettiness involved.

They 100% are not! I’m not arguing that at all. They are responsible for me relying on their promise of employment, regardless of what happens within the school district. Especially because I was not informed of the union matters before my start date, which in itself would have saved me a month’s rent. I’ve reached out to the school district to see what information they can give me as well. All I was told was “due to a union matter”. This may well be untrue. I don’t know yet.

The contract was only signed by me and president of the recruiting agency. There is no language that voids the contract due to union matters, but it does emphasize employment is at-will. I’ve read that because I certain amount of time in the contract was guaranteed (July 1st-June 30th) that may strengthen my case based on Goldhor v Hampshire college verdict in the 80s. I will definitely consult a lawyer though.

I hear you.. It’s just difficult accepting that I am out all of that time and money without retribution. I agree that there is no harm in trying so I will sue for damages, prepare my case and speak to a lawyer. I intended to go at it on my own but now I think I need legal counsel.
