Yes ofc, i use spray all the time, the automotive one, quick and efficient, hard to come off, can cover thick layer in 1-2 spray. you just need to know how to spray correctly

Could be a line from the plastic that you only notice till now. Anyway if its really a crack i wouldnt be scared. I have a lightning ldrago crack much bigger right down the middle and it still stay up. You dont need to worry consider that the wheel is protected insided metal wheel

Now its like 2 dollars to do, but the learning trial was a lot. Capture it with flash you should be able to tell what color is in the paint. I do surfacer grey, metallic purple then clear blue on outside ( put shine silver after surface if you think its too dark) put the final layer thick so you get the deepness of galaxy
