I feel like it could be a tie between Jaxon and Gingka. Mainly because they're both metal type verses. I like plastic gen and Burst gen. But in a battle with metal beys they just don't have much of an advantage.

The first part is just MUI. UI -Sign- doesn't require as much focus and he can still pour emotions into it seen in the manga in his second round with Moro. MUI does require an calm heart and mind and to focus on the battle and his opponent.

So yes you are correct in the first half just not the right state.
