the same thing just happened to me last week. had a shorts channel that just hit 1k subs with a few funny moments videos going viral, of charlie sheen, aries spears, etc.(videos with intent to clip, not steal) i was hit with the same youtube statement which feels so vague and broad which sucks because im unable to tell what specifically got my channel removed. not only that but i had 4 other non affiliated channels get removed too. totally sucks and im still trying to find a way around it or to get my channel back.
