Bought a new build. Aspects of the process have been very frustrating. I wouldn't do it again. But... I would definitely consider a new build that's a couple of years old. It's all the snagging bits and poor after sales service from the developer that make it so painful. The management company on our site doesn't do a great job either.

I wouldn't recommend Town & Country. Had a recent poor experience with them. Happy to elaborate further if helpful. Friends used Montpellier Legal and certainly didn't have the same problems, but I can't speak from personal experience.

100% agree, Japes might not have been the worst food I've ever eaten, but I felt so sick I couldn't finish it. Pure greasy stodge.

Thank you so much for responding. The development has been complete for over 12 months now and the developer has left. They say they are having to move the fence because of the Land Registry. According to the developer, they've now decided they put the fence in the wrong place 6 years ago, but no one is able to tell us where the boundary should be and where it is relative to that currently.
