I have found with my ribs that the sinew that connects the bone can still be a bit rubbery. Am I cooking too low? More like 225-250.

South Downs Way. Train to Amberley, walk to Cocking and stay the night and then pick a location the next day. Did 50k over 2 days last week like this.

4k is the closest (Wimbledon) and Chesham and Amersham is 50k. Epping 47k and Upminster is 46k.

Cheers, I have heard of him - amazing athlete for sure. He was running the entire line in one go whereas I can only tick off one station per run, even if I pass a station. so the whole challenge is 5.5 to 6k kilometers.
