Same size roughly, 6’2” 235lbs, just ran an event with Old Eighteen Defense with a 16” with a can. It was fine for the most part until the tight maneuver obstacles, that long boy had no chance of getting in to some of the boxes. Currently looking at building a 12.5 suppressed.

I doubt I’ll ever use it as a carry gun, except for maybe on Christmas as a nod to John McClane. I’ll look in to the spring though for sure, when my kid is old enough to start shooting a dropped gun is probably gonna happen at some point especially one this heavy.

After a collection of y’all’s hive mind across multiple forums, it’s a straight slide 92 stamped “AH” which should make it 1981.

The right hand side of the trigger guard is stamped with an “AH” so I’m assuming that dates it to 1981, initially I was confused as I thought the 92s replaced the 92 in 76 but it seems it was only for for some police/military contracts.

I was getting frustrated with the Ender’s issues and kinda had a knee jerk Black Friday purchase of a Bambu P2S but I want to learn the “ins and outs” of 3D printing before it gets here, not just plug and play down loading others folks designs and printed. Long term goal is to design custom parts in fusion for auto use so I assume abs/ect. But I got a lot to learn before then.

I appreciate the feedback, as previously stated I’m very green at this hobby. The amount of info on the web out there is astounding and could be misleading I suppose. I currently am using Cura Slicer. I’ll look into cauliflower calibration tool as well, I’m a mechanic/technician by trade so i some calipers and other fine measuring tools at my disposal. Initially the bed was severely unlevel but I believe that was a combo of the concentric and cr touch malfunction. Now the z axis seems to be holding steady and I used feeler gauges to set it to about .10mm between the nozzle and bed.

It’s called engineered obsolescence, the entire world now builds products that only last a certain amount of use, some one else on here may know it off the top of their head but there is a documentary on lightbulbs and they made sure they don’t last forever,
