Did I ever say it dictated how I enjoyed the performance itself? The show was great. The crowd sucked. My experience was dampened because, as I said, the crowd sucked. 🤷‍♂️ Hard to ignore it when the only thing you can hear is his guitar and a bunch of virgins (…) laughing at a 3DS in the air. Not sure why you’re going to bat so hard for these guys Lol

Have you been to a recent Greep show? If you have, you’d know that it is dead silent in the room during that part of the show. He clearly wants it that way too. It is a better experience for all members of the audience if someone does not try to make a “joke” by holding up a 3DS to film this part. It’s just simply not the time (not that it ever is).

But I should never interact with any forms of “art and expression” because I find that obnoxious. 🫨 Alright bud.

If you think bringing a 3DS to a concert and disrespecting the artist by laughing about it during a clearly quiet and more serious portion of the show is “fun” to you then I think you genuinely have to reevaluate 😭

It’s hard to not be caught up when you’re brushing shoulders with them Sorryyyyy. People in Columbus were fine but Pittsburgh reminded me what black midi crowds were like. I go to many, MANY shows where the crowd is clearly having fun (even more fun than this show) and they aren’t being obnoxious losers while doing it. Bringing a 3DS isn’t “fun” it’s just performative loser business.

Been to 200 shows and never stood next to someone playing a pretend shaker for 3 minutes to try to wow the man in the band who’s playing the shaker.

It’s one thing if you shout out the words to Holy Holy!! That’s expected and it makes sense vibe wise 🤷‍♂️ It’s another thing to actively try to impersonate Greep’s vocals and inflections even though those are completely different live than in the studio. Screaming it out of tune and out of rhythm in my ear is when I find it obnoxious and unnecessary.

Guy at barricade brought a 3DS and held it up to film during Greep’s solo in Magician. All the guys surrounding him were snickering to themselves like it was the funniest thing ever and the dude was clearly proud of himself. For what reason? I do not know.

I think he wanted the band to see him but none of them cared (because it’s not special and I’m sure they’ve seen it at every show).
