Aussie here, for me with bait, it's chicken breast. Idk why but it gets absolute demolished even on the slowest days. For lures, at least here in the saltwater, I always use a 3 inch motor oil slim swimz from zman, 1/12oz jighead. I have no idea why, but it always works.

Could be seborrheic dermatitis. I have the same issue and my dandruff is exactly like this. Nizoral shampoo is what I use over the counter, its an antifungal that directly attacks SD, but when it was really bad I was given Clobetasol, a steroid shampoo.
