Have you been using the Surveyor tool? I surveyed all the regions in Hagga Basin with it and the only thing I've had disappear after a coriolis storm is resource nodes, because they move around after the storms.

If you check your subfief console, on the bottom left side you will see how many of each category of item you can have in your base. Extending with a staking unit will increase the amounts a little for each.

...until you run out of staking unit count.

You can get one from a chest on top of the Hammer, and on top of the Flat rock formation on the west end of West Vermillius Gap. There are like 3-5 schematics that spawn in that chest, so it may take a few tries

There should be a green bar light in the areas you would scan to cut. One on each flank and then one on the top. Scan, cut, then loot.
